19世纪两种荷兰汉学家编撰的闽南方言辞典音系比较研究

A Comparative Study on Phonetic Systems of Two Min-nan Dialect Dictionaries by Dutch Sinologists in 19th Century

近年来,笔者发现了130年前荷兰汉学家编撰的《厦荷大辞典》和《荷华文语类参》,本文着重整理、比较研究其方言音系及其性质.全文分为五个部分：一、《厦荷大辞典》和《荷华文语类参》作者、成书时间及编写体例;二、两种西文辞典声母系统比较研究;三、两种西文辞典韵母系统比较研究;四、两种西文辞典声调系统比较研究;五、小结.《厦荷大辞典》和《荷华文语类参》的重要价值在于能准确地记录130年前福建厦门和漳州方言音系的音值.

The focus of this essay is on the phonetic systems of “Chineesch-Hollandsch Woordenboek Van Het Emoi Dialekt ” and “Nederlandsch-Chineesch woordenboek metde transcriptie der Chineesche Karakters in het Tsiang-tsiu dia lekt” by Dutch sinologists 130 years ago. Five parts are included in this paper 1. the authors’ own lives, the time when these books were completed and their writing styles; 2. the comparative study on the initial systems; 3. the comparative study on the ？ nal systems; 4. the comparative study on the intonation systems; 5. conclusion. The key value of the two dictionaries lies in their correct records of the phonetic value of Amoy dialect and Changchow dialect 130 years ago.
