摘要
1955年12月文化部和文改会发布新中国成立以后的第一个汉字规范《第一批异体字整理表》,至今已60年.根据所针对的领域和侧重点的不同,60年来现代汉字的理论研究与规范实践可分为面向扫盲和人际交流、面向汉字规范化标准化信息化、面向人机交流和虚拟空间三个发展阶段.文章还专门论述了繁简字问题、异体字问题、人名用字问题等几个焦点问题.
It has been sixty years since the Ministry of Culture and the Committee for Language Reform of China published The First Batch of Chinese Variants（《第一批异体字整理表》） in the December of 1955, soon after the founding of P. R. China. According to focus differences, the research and practice in this field can be classified into three stages： for eliminating illiteracy ＆ promoting interpersonal communication, for the standardization ＆ informationization of Chinese characters, and for man-machine communication ＆ virtual space. This article specifically discusses the issues on traditional / simplified Chinese character, variant Chinese character, and character use in Chinese names.
