摘要
目的观察空军某训练基地新入伍战士不同训练强度、不同训练阶段运动性心脏损伤的发生状况。方法随机抽取空军某训练基地2014年度新入伍战士40名,首先进行为期1月的日常低强度军事训练,而后根据训练强度不同随机分为一般强度训练组和强化训练组,一般强度训练组包括日常军事训练及每天1次的5公里越野训练,强化训练组包括日常军事训练以及每天2次的5公里越野训练。分别于不同训练阶段(训练前、训练1周后、训练4周后)采集血液标本,检测血清肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌酸激酶(CK)的水平,对不同训练强度的新入伍战士在不同训练阶段cTnI、CK-MB/CK水平进行临床观察。结果两组受试战士均为男性,平均年龄、运动前两组受试战士cTnI、CK-MB/CK相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组不同训练阶段(训练前、训练1周后、训练4周后)cTnI、CKMB/CK水平组内比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。训练1周后强化训练组cTnI、CK-MB/CK水平高于一般强度训练组(P<0.05),而训练4周后两组cTnI、CK-MB/CK水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论该训练基地不同训练强度下新入伍战士在不同训练阶段未出现运动性心脏损伤情况。
Objective To observe the occurrence of exercise-induced cardiac injury in different training intensity and training stages of the new recruits in a training base. Methods 40 new recruits were randomly selected from a training base in the Air Force in 2014, and then divided into general strength training group and intensive training group according to different training intensity after one month of low-intensity military training. The general strength training group received five-kilometer field training once per day besides daily military training, and the intensive training group received five-kilometer field training twice per day besides daily military training. Blood samples were collected at different training stages(before training, 1 week after training and 4 weeks after training) to measure the levels of serum cardiac troponin I(cTnI), creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB) and creatine kinase(CK). Results All soldiers were male. There was no significant difference in mean age, cTnI level and CK-MB/CK between the two groups(P〈0.05). There were no significant differences in cTnI and CK-MB/CK levels between the two training groups(before training, one week after training and four weeks after training)(P〈0.05). The levels of cTnI and CK-MB/CK in the intensive training group were higher than those in the general intensity training group after training for one week(P〈0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups after training for 4 weeks(P〈0.05). Conclusion New recruits in this training base did not show signs of exercise-induced heart damage different training stages or training intensity.
