Taking elegance style as the breakthrough point,this paper concretely interprets it through the analyses of materials,colors,furniture decorations and lighting,aiming to extract its essence. Besides,combined with the western restaurant interior design,the author also probes into the application of elegance style to catering environment,to meet the spirit demand of people to high quality catering space.
