摘要
从新增人口的"住房需要"测算了住房的潜在需求,并运用非均衡市场模型,分析了保障性住房的合理保有量,在对比研究保障性住房供求关系的基础上,对今后赣州市保障房建设工作提出了相关政策建议。
From the newly increased population"housing need"to estimate the potential demand for housing,and used of non balanced market simulation,analyzed the reasonable inventory of affordable housing,base on comparison and research on affordable housing supply and demand relationship,put forward the relevant policy suggestions to future Ganzhou affordable housing construction work.
