分析了绿色建筑增量成本及投资回报的关系,从投资人角度对其进行了经济评价,并建立了投资决策模型,计算研究了绿色建筑项目的投资效益,有利于推动绿色建筑项目的建设发展。
The paper analyzes the relationship between green building incremental cost and investment return,carries out economic evaluation from the aspect of investor,establishes investment decision-making model,and calculates and studies the investment benefits of green building project,which will be good for promoting green building project development.
