摘要
考察了工业化生产中不同的晶粒细化剂对AHS合金圆铸锭晶粒组织和性能的影响。结果表明:Al-Sr中间合金是AHS合金较好的变质剂,Al-Ti、Al-Ti-B常用的铝合金晶粒细化剂对AHS合金基体的晶粒细化效果较差。采用新的晶粒细化剂和Al-Sr中间合金复合变质,能有效地细化合金晶粒和共晶组织,可获得晶粒细小均匀、力学性能优异的挤压铸棒。
Effect of various grain refiner on microstructure and property of AHS alloyφ 250 mm round ingot was investigated during industrial production. The results show that Al-Sr master alloy is the better modifier of AHS alloy, common grain refiner Al-Ti and AlTi-B have poor refining effect on AHS alloy matrix. New grain refiner and Al-Sr master alloy compound modifier are used to refine grain and eutectic structure, and to obtain extrusion bar with refined and homogenous grain and superior mechanical property.
