摘要
分析了采用双孔模具在大机上挤压生产太阳能边框铝型材的必要性,介绍了实际过程中的模具设计优化方案,包括挤压机能力的选择、模孔布置方式的确定以及上模分流孔和下模焊合室的设计。同时,也提出了模具材料与热处理工艺的选择原则,并对模具优化方案的适用性作了分析和对比,以便向同行提供可靠的数据并作为应用于其它双孔模具设计上的参考。
The necessity of producing aluminum profiles with the solar frame using twin cavity to was analyzed. And the optimization schemes of die design were introduced,including the selection of extruder capacity, layout of die hole, etcl. And the selection principle of die material and heat treatment process were put forward, and the applicability of the die optimization schemes were analyzed and compared. The purpose is to provide reliable data to peer as a reference to apply in other die design of twin cavity.
