摘要
分析热轧预热工艺对5052铝合金半连续铸锭微观组织的影响。不同预热工艺生产的热轧料经过冷轧,做不同温度下的退火实验,对比退火后的组织和性能。结果表明:经高温预热,铸造组织中枝晶网络溶解更充分;不同预热工艺对冷轧板第二相分布影响较大,对冷轧板退火再结晶晶粒尺寸和力学性能无明显影响。
The influence of different pre-heating process on the microstructure of semi-continuous-cast 5052 aluminum ingot was analyzed. After cold rolling of the hot rolled material with different preheating process, annealing experiments were conducted to compare their microstructures and properties. The results show that the higher-preheating temperature is more helpful to dissolve the dendriticnetwork in cast structure; different pre-heating process has great influence on the distribution of second phase in 5052 aluminum cold rolled sheet, while the influence on the recrystallization grain after annealing and the mechanical properties of cold rolled sheet is not obvious.
