探讨临床路径式教学法在普外科实践教学中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨临床路径式教学法在普外科实践教学中的应用效果。方法选取普外科2011级实习学生120名作为研究对象,随机分成临床路径式教学组和传统式教学组,每组60名学生,对两组学生分别采用临床路径式教学法和传统式教学法进行教学,最后一周进行出科考试和满意度调查。结果临床路径式教学组学生成绩明显高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床路径式教学组学生对临床路径式教学方法满意度明显高于传统组教学方法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将临床路径式教学法应用在普外科实践教学中,可以提高学生的问诊能力、医患沟通能力、科研素质、病历书写能力,形成了良好的临床思维,全面提高了普外科实践教学质量,值得广大医学院校推广。 Objective To study the application effect of clinical path teaching in the practical teaching in the department of general surgery. Methods 120 cases of practice students in 2011 in the department of general surgery were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each, both groups respectively adopted the clinical path teaching and traditional teaching, and the after-department and satisfactory degree survey were conducted at the last week. Results The score of students in the clinical path teaching group was obviously higher than that in the traditional group, and the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05), the satisfactory degree of clinical path teaching group was obviously higher than that of the traditional teaching, and the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of clinical path teaching in the practice in the department of general surgery can improve the inquiry ability, nurse-patient communication ability, scientific research quality and medical record writing ability of students, and make patients form a good clinical thinking, comprehensively improve the practical teaching quality in the department of general surgery, which is worth promotion in massive medical colleges.
