摘要
目的研究全面质量管理方法用于控制医院门诊药房调剂差错的作用。方法将该院2015年1—12月的门诊药房调剂管理工作作为研究对象,其中2015年1—6月为对照组,采用常规管理方法;2015年7—12月为观察组,采用全面质量管理方法,统计分析两组的调剂差错发生率。结果在品种差错、数量差错、剂型差错、同名差错、其他方面的差错率上,观察组分别为0.007%、0.003%、0.010%、0.009%、0.004%,对照组分别为0.025%、0.019%、0.033%、0.042%、0.021%(P<0.05);观察组的总差错率0.033%低于对照组的0.141%(P<0.05)。结论在医院门诊药房的调剂管理工作中渗透全面质量管理方法有助于预防调剂差错事件的发生,提高调剂工作质量,保证患者用药安全。
Objective To research the effect of comprehensive quality management method to analyze and control the dispensing errors in the hospital outpatient pharmacy. Methods The outpatient pharmacy dispensing management work in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 was selected as the research objects, and the control group from January2015 to June 2015 adopted the routine management method, while the observation group from July 2015 to December 2015 adopted the comprehensive quality management method, and the incidence rate of dispensing error of the two groups was counted and analyzed. Results The error rate of species, number error, dosage form, homonym error and other error in the observation group were respectively 0.007%, 0.003%, 0.010%, 0.009%, 0.004% and 0.025%, 0.019%, 0.033%, 0.042%,0.021% in the control group, and the total error rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,(0.033% vs 0.141%)(P〈0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive quality management method in the hospital outpatient pharmacy dispensing management work contributes to preventing the occurrence of dispensing errors, improving the dispensing working quality and ensuring the medication safety of patients.
