摘要
目的对u F-1000i型全自动尿沉渣分析仪的临床应用进行分析。方法从2015年1月—2016年7月期间在该院接受尿沉渣检查的患者中随机抽取500例患者的尿液标本,同时应用日本Sysmex公司生产的u F-1000i型全自动尿沉渣分析仪进行尿沉渣检查,以及OLYMPUS CH20双目显微镜人工检查,比较两种方法的尿液检测结果,进行分析。结果 u F-1000i型全自动尿沉渣分析仪对尿液样本中红细胞、白细胞、上皮细胞和管型的检测与OLYMPUS CH20双目显微镜人工检查的检测结果相比较,白细胞、红细胞、上皮细胞、管型的检测结果与人工镜检的符合率分别为91.0%、88.4%、91.0%、87.0%。u F-1000i型全自动尿沉渣分析仪对尿液样本中白细胞、红细胞、上皮细胞、管型的检查与人工镜检比较灵敏度分别为为95.4%、90.4%、96.1%、95.8%;特异性分别为为89.8%、87.8%、89.7%、85.5%。结论u F-1000i型全自动尿沉渣分析仪在检测WBC、RBC、管型和上皮细胞时可以保证一定的灵敏度和特异性,但是检测结果容易出现假阴性和假阳性,影响检测结果的准确性,需要配合尿显微镜的检测增加检测的准确度。
Objective To analyze the application of u F-1000 i automated urine sediment analyzer. Methods The urine specimens of 500 cases of patients with urine sediment examination in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2016 were randomly selected and the u F-1000 i automated urine sediment analyzer produced by Japan Sysmex company was used for urine sediment examination, and the OLYMPUS CH20 binocular microscope was used for manual inspection, and the urine test results of the two methods were compared and analyzed. Results The coincidence rate of white cell, red cell, epithelial cell and urinary cylinder of the two methods was respectively 91.0%, 88.4%, 91.0%, 87.0%, and the drug sensitivity and specificity of white cell, red cell, epithelial cell and urinary cylinder of the two methods was respectively 95.4%, 90.4%,96.1%, 95.8% and 89.8%, 87.8%, 89.7%, 85.5%. Conclusion u F-1000 i automated urine sediment analyzer can ensure a certain sensitivity and specificity in testing white cell, red cell, epithelial cell and urinary cylinder, but the false negative and false positive are easy to occur thus affecting the accuracy of test results, which needs the urine microscopy to increase the accuracy of test.
