刍议临床医学专业有机化学教学方法的改革

有机化学作为医学专业的一门重要基础课程,是学生进入医学院校后较早接触的课程,与随后的多门课程(生物化学、生理学、药理学以及医学化学技术试验课程)有着极其密切的联系,为其他课程开设奠定了理论知识基础。在教学过程中具有内容多、抽象、课时少、范围广的特点,随着教育教学改革的发展,改变教学方法,提高教学质量,培养学生学习能力,提高学生综合素质,已经成为了新的教学方向。近年来,高等医学院校招生规模不断扩大,一些新兴专业及课程的开设,导致有机化学基础课程的教授学时减少,同时,学生人数不断地增大,在教学中通常采取大班授课的教学方式,这些都对有机化学教学内容的开展提出了挑战。该文从分析有机化学教学现状入手,结合医学院校专业的特点,以提高学生学习兴趣、加强知识联系、提高教学效率为目的,在有机化学教学改革中提出了一些建议。

Organic chemistry, as an important basic course in the medical major, is a course that students will be early exposed to after admission, which is closely related to multiple courses（biochemics, physiology, pharmacology and medical chemistry test course and lays a theoretical knowledge foundation for the open of other courses, in the teaching course, it has the features of many contents, less and abstract courses and wide range, with the development of education and teaching reform, changing the teaching method, improving the teaching quality, training the learning ability of students and improving the overall quality of students has been the new teaching direction, in recent years, the enrollment scale of higher medical college is increasingly expanded, the establishment of some new majors and courses leads to the decrease of teaching time of basic courses of organic chemistry, at the same time, with the increase of students＇ number, the teaching method of group class in teaching is adopted, which provides challenges for the development of organic chemistry teaching content, the paper puts forwards some suggestions in the organic chemistry teaching reform in order to improve the learning interest of students, enhance the knowledge correlation and improve the teaching efficiency combined with the teaching status of organic chemistry and professional features of medical colleges.
