摘要
有机化学是大学的一门重要的基础学科,它更是学好医学、药学专业课的基础。创新的学导式教学的目标就是是优化学生的智能结构,并使求学者智力与非智力的因素等方面获得全方位的发展,从而提升人才素质。该教学方法依托我院临床医学学生为对象,以有机化学课程为重点,在课堂教学、课外学习、考核方式等方面开展自主学习的改革与尝试,引导学生自主学习,提高课堂教学质量、提升实践教学水平。该研究是通过改进教学评价手段,促进教学目标的高水平实现,促进人才培养目标的实现。
Organic chemistry is an important basic subject in college, which is a foundation of well learning the medical and pharmacy professional courses, the purpose of innovating the learning and leading teaching methodology is to optimize the intellectual structure of students and obtain the general development of intellectual and non-intellectual factors of learners thus improving the talent quality, the teaching method carries out the reform and attempt of initiative learning in the aspects of class teaching, out-of-class learning and examination method based on the clinical medical students and taking the organic chemistry courses as key thus guiding students to learn by themselves, improving the class teaching quality and improving the practical teaching level. The research promotes the high-level realization of teaching purpose and talent training purpose by improving the teaching evaluation means.
