分级护理在精神科护理管理中的运用及效果评价

Application and Effect Evaluation of Level Management in the Nursing Management in the Department of Psychiatry

目的研究精神科护理管理中应用分级护理的临床效果。方法根据随机抽签法将2015年8月—2016年8月期间在该院精神科就诊的74例住院患者分为实验组(37例,常规护理基础上采用分级护理干预措施)和对照组(37例,采用常规护理措施),对比分析两组患者护理质量评分、护理差错率、突发事件率、投诉率等情况。结果实验组患者护理质量评分(98.9±2.5)分明显高于对照组(96.3±3.7)分,两组护理质量评分对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护理差错率(0%)、突发事件率(2.7%)、投诉率(5.4%)显著低于对照组8.1%、10.8%、16.2%,两组组间差异对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神科护理管理中实施分级护理的效果良好,可有效提高科室护理质量,减少突发事件、护理差错的发生,降低医患纠纷发生率,值得推广。

Objective To research the clinical effect of level management in the nursing management in the department of psychiatry. Methods 74 cases of inpatients diagnosed in the department of psychiatry in our hospital from August 2015 to August 216 were randomly selected as the experimental group and control group with 37 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing measures, while the experimental group adopted the level nursing intervention measures on the basis of the control group, and the nursing quality score, nursing error rate, emergency event rate and compliant rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The nursing quality score in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group, [（98.9±2.5）scores vs（96.3±3.7）scores], and the difference in the nursing quality score had statistical significance, P〈0.05, and the nursing error rate, emergency event rate and compliant rate in the experimental group were obviously lower than that in the control group,（0%, 2.7%, 5.4% vs 8.1%,10.8%,16.2%）, and the differences between the two groups had statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion The implementation effect of level nursing in the nursing management in the department of psychiatry is good, which can effectively improve the department nursing quality,reduce the emergency events and nursing errors and reduce the incidence rate of doctor-nurse disputes, which is worth promotion.
