摘要
目的研究对于肝胆外科护理管理过程中应用五常法的应用效果。方法该院肝胆外科于2014年6月—2015年5月期间实施常规管理方法,于2015年6月—2016年6月实施五常法进行管理,同时选取上述时间段内住院患者,分别为32例,包括常规组与五常组,观察两组对护理服务满意度、对护理管理模式评价、总结护理差错事件发生率。结果常规组患者满意度为65.63%,五常组为90.63%,五常组较高,P<0.05。常规组患者护理差错事件发生率为18.75%、五常组为3.13%,五常组较低,P<0.05。常规组患者对于科室环境、区域物品、护士人文服务精神、治疗与护理环节等指标评分均较低,五常组评分较高,P<0.05。结论在肝胆外科实施五常法进行管理,患者多表示满意且对于管理内容评价较高,科室出现护理差错事件较少。
Objective Study on effect of application of 5S management in Department of hepatobiliary surgery nursing.Methods The Department of hepatobiliary surgery in our hospital during the period from June 2014 to May 2015, the implementation of routine management method, from June 2015 to June 2016 the implementation of 5S management, at the same time, select the time period of hospitalized patients, 32 cases respectively, including normal group and Wuchang group, observe two groups of nursing service satisfaction evaluation of nursing management mode to summarize the nursing error occurred the rate. Results The conventional group patients satisfaction was 65.63%, Wuchang group was 90.63%,higher Wuchang group, P〈0.05. The routine group for the index department environment, regional goods, nurses' humanistic spirit of service, treatment and nursing link scores were low, Wuchang group were higher, P〈0.05. Conclusion The implementation of 5S management in the Department of hepatobiliary surgery, patients expressed satisfaction and for management evaluation content is high, Department of nursing errors appear less.
