健康管理理念指导下的乙肝全程管理效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Hepatitis B Whole Course Management Guided by the Healthy Management Idea

目的探讨在健康管理理念指导下对慢性乙肝患者采取全程管理效果。方法于2014年6月—2015年6月间,在该院选择慢性乙肝120例患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为常规组(n=60)和全程组(n=60),所有患者均进行常规抗病毒治疗,给予常规组患者进行常规管理,给予全程组患者在健康管理理念指导下进行乙肝全程管理,对两组患者均进行1年随访,统计对比两组患者的治疗依从性、自我行为管理水平状况。结果全程组患者管理后依从57例,常规组依从46例,全程组患者依从性与常规组相比明显较高,P<0.05。全程组患者饮食、用药、心理、情感自我管理评分与常规组相比明显较高,P<0.05。结论在健康管理理念指导下对慢性乙肝患者采取全程管理效果显著,可在临床推广运用。

Objective To study the effect of hepatitis B whole course management guided by the healthy management idea.Methods 120 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each, both groups adopted the routine antiviral treatment, the routine group adopted the routine management, while the whole course group were given the hepatitis B whole course management guided by the healthy management idea, and both groups were followed up for 1 year, and the treatment compliance and self-behavior management level status of the two groups were counted and compared. Results The compliance in the whole course group was obviously higher than that in the routine group, P〈0.05, and the eating,medication, mental, emotional self-management scores in the whole course group were obviously higher than those in the routine group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The effect of whole course management guided by the healthy management idea of chronic hepatitis B patients is obvious, which can be promoted and applied in clinic.
