临床专科护士核心自我评价与留职意愿的现状及其相关性 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解临床专科护士核心自我评价与留职意愿的现状,并探讨其两者的相关性。方法采用一般资料问卷、核心自我评价量表、留职意愿量表对220名临床专科护士进行调查。结果临床专科护士核心自我评价总分(36.42±5.86)分,均分(3.62±0.59)分;留职意愿总分(19.87±4.42)分,均分(3.31±0.72)分;临床专科护士核心自我评价与留职意愿呈正相关(r=0.673,P=0.001)。结论临床专科护士留职意愿处于中等水平;核心自我评价处于中等偏上水平;核心自我评价越高其留职意愿越强烈。护理管理者应采取积极的措施提升专科护士核心自我评价,以提高其留职意愿,稳定护理队伍。 Objective To investigate the core self-evaluations and retention willingness of clinical nurse specialist and explore the correlation between them. Method Two hundred and twenty nurse specialists from Jinan City participated in the survey by demographic data questionnaire, the core of self-rating scale and retention willingness scale. Results The general score on the core self-evaluation was(36.42 ± 5.86), averaged( 3.62 ± 0.59). The total score on retention willingness was(19.87 ± 4.42), averaged(3.31 ± 0.72). Their core self-evaluation had significantly positive association with their retention willingness( r =0.673, P =0.001).Conclusions The retention willingness of the clinical nurse specialists is at the middle level and so it is with their core self-evaluation.The higher the self-evaluation, the stronger their retention willingness is. Nursing administration should take measures to improve specialist nurses' core self- evaluation in order to improve their retention willingness and stabilize the nurse team.
