摘要
用封闭静水法测定了3月龄中华胭脂鱼(Myxocyprinus asiaticus)在18、21、24、27、30℃5个不同温度下的耗氧率和窒息点。结果表明:不同温度组间耗氧率差异极显著(P〈0.01)。胭脂鱼生长适宜的温度在24-27℃。胭脂鱼幼鱼的耗氧率随温度的升高而增大。胭脂鱼幼鱼的窒息点在不同温度组间差异不显著(P〉0.05)。
The oxygen consumption rates (OCR) and suffocation points (SP) were investigated for three-months mullet at 18, 21, 24, 27 and 30 ℃ by closed means of sealed-still water.The results showed that the OCR of mullet was extremely significant in different groups(P〈0.01 ).The suitable temperature for the growth of the fish is 24-27 ℃. The OCR of mullet increased with the rising of temperature, The relationship of them could be described as y=0.012x-0.087 (n= 10,P〈0.01,R2=0.7603).The lethal dissolved oxygen content of mullet showed no significant difference among groups (P〉0.05) .
