牛蒡子中牛蒡苷的超声提取工艺优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用超声法对牛蒡苷最佳提取条件进行优化研究。考察超声功率、超声时间、超声温度、料液比等因素对牛蒡苷提取率的影响,并采用正交试验优化提取条件。结果表明:粒径为100目、提取溶剂为95%乙醇、预浸泡时间2 h、料液比1∶150(g∶mL)、超声时间45 min、超声功率114 W、超声温度70℃为最佳提取条件。在最佳提取条件下,进行了3组平行验证试验,牛蒡苷的平均提取率为12.69%。与其他超声提取工艺相比,牛蒡苷提取率至少提高1.89%。 The optimal extraction condition of arctiin was studied by ultrasonic method. The newly fresh seed of the Arctium lappa was used to investigate the effects of the ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time, ultrasonic temperature, solid-liquid ratio and other factors on the extraction rate of arctiin. Orthogonal experiment was performed to optimize the extraction conditions. The results showed that the crush size was 100 mesh, extraction solvent was 95% ethanol, pre-soaking time was 2 h, material liquid ratio was 1 : 150 (g : mL), ultrasonic time was 45 rain, ultrasonic power was 114 W, ultrasonic temperature was 70 ℃ as the optimum extraction conditions. The three parallel tests were carried out under the optimum extraction conditions, the average extraction rate obtained for arctiin was 12.69%. Compared with other ultrasonic extraction process, arctiin yield was increased at least 1.89%.
