农业院校研究生英语文献阅读与翻译教学探索

Teaching Exploration on Literature Reading and Translation of Graduate English in Agricultural College

多年来,农业院校非英语专业的研究生英语水平相对较低,英语教学面临的困难较大,如何在有限的时间内提高学生英语水平的各项基本技能,尤其是文献阅读与翻译的水平,是研究生英语教学亟需解决的问题。本文基于建构主义的理论,以天津农学院为例,对研究生英语水平的现状进行调查分析,并根据具体情况探索出更为有效的教学方法,为学生英语水平的提升提出了一些新的设想。

The English level of the non-English major graduate students of agricultural college is relatively low for many years. Difficulties in English teaching are also relatively large. How to improve the students＇ basic skills, especially the Literature Reading and Translation level in the limited time, is what be needed to address in this period. Taking example of Tianjin Agricultural Universities, the English state of the students was analyzed. Based on the Constructivism Theory, some new strategies to improve their language ability were put forward.
