肝细胞癌CT表现、病理分级与CD34表达的关系研究

A study of correlation of CD34 protein expression with CT findings and pathological grade in hepatocellular carcinoma

目的探讨肝细胞癌(HCC)的CT表现及病理分级与CD34表达的关系。方法搜集2013年7月至2015年8月在病理科确诊为肝细胞癌的患者50例,所有病例术前行CT平扫及3期增强扫描,通过对比癌组织的病理分级、CT表现与CD34表达情况,统计分析其相关性。结果 50例HCC患者CT表现中的肝癌大小、动脉期血管强化与CD34表达有关(P<0.01),而肿瘤的边缘、肿瘤内出血坏死、侵袭转移与CD34表达无关(P>0.05)。HCC血供类型及Edmondson-Steiner分级与CD34表达无关(P>0.05)。结论 HCC患者CT表现中的肝癌大小、动脉期血管强化与CD34表达有关,可在一定程度上反映肿瘤的血管生成。

Objective To investigate the correlation of CD34 protein expression with CT findings and pathological grade in hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC） .Methods 50 patients who were pathologically proved with HCC in Pathology Department from July,2013 to August,2015 were collected.All cases were given CT scan and triple phase enhanced scanning before surgery, and statistic analysis was performed in the the correlation by comparing the pathological grade, CT expression and CD34 expression in cancer tissues.Results CT findings of the 50 HCC patients showed that the size of hepatic carcinoma and vascular enhancement in arterial phase were related to the CD34 expression （P〈0.01）, while the edge of the tumor, tumor hemorrhage necrosis, invasion and metastasis were not related to it （P〉 0.05）. Blood supply type of HCC and Steiner-Edmondson grading has nothing to do with the expression of CD34（P〉0.05）.Conclusion CT findings of HCC shows that the size of hepatic carcinoma and vascular enhancement in arterial phase were related to the CD34 expression ,which may reflect the anglogenesis of tumor to a certain extent.
