中频感应电炉除尘系统选型研究

摘要 要解决中频感应电炉烟气污染问题,须处理好烟尘捕集罩、管网阻力、除尘器结构设计等几个关键问题。本文首先介绍了五种中频感应电炉的烟气捕集罩,并对各种捕集罩的优缺点进行了对比分析。然后结合一台"一拖二"中频感应电炉的除尘系统的选型案例,详细阐述了电炉除尘器选型时应注重的关键事项。为从事电炉设计、制造和生产使用的工作人员提供有益的借鉴和参考。 To solve smoke pollution problem of medium-frequency induction furnace, it is necessary to deal with several key points such as smoke collecting hoods, resistance of ventilation pipe system and dust collector structure design. Five types smoke collecting hoods for medium-frequency induction furnace are described and the advantages and disadvantages of these hoods are analyzed in the article. Then combined with a practical case on selecting dust remover for medium-frequency induction furnace, the article sets forth several key points on selecting dust remover. It provides the helpful reference to the personnel who pursues the process design, the manufacture and the operation for the medium-frequency induction furnace.
