Research and Application of the Centrifugal Casting Intelligent System for the Production of Cylinder Liner

通过一套缸套离心铸造智能单元,实现了缸套离心铸造的智能化生产控制。该系统能够根据生产计划中不同种类的产品智能调整相应的关键控制参数,并能够对生产过程中的关键控制参数进行智能化控制,形成了一套完整的缸套离心铸造智能生产线。

The intelligent control for the production of cylinder liner using centrifugal casting was realized through the design of an intelligent unit. The system can automatically adjust and control the corresponding key parameters according to the different kind of products in production plan. A set of intelligent production line was built for centrifugal casting.
