Anterior chamber angle examinations using UBM versus OCT

目的比较应用超声生物显微镜(UBM)和相干光断层扫描(OCT)检查房角的一致性,为临床提供资料。方法 30例受试者都进行UBM和OCT检查房角,并将两种检查结果进行比较。结果两种检查方法在房角明显关闭和宽房角状态下对房角检查结果具有较好一致性,在窄房角时一致性稍差,但差异无统计学意义。结论前节应用于青光眼的普查、初筛,但不能应用于青光眼的分类。

Objective To investigate the consistency of anterior chamber angle examination results using UBM and OCT. Methods 30 patients were examined for anterior chamber angle using both UBM and OCT. Results were compared for the two methods. Results The two clinical methods to examine anterior chamber angle had best consistency while angle was closed or was wide. In cases of narrow angle,the consistency was lower but it is not statistically significant. Conclusions OCT examination can be used prior to survey and for preliminary screening but might not be appropriate to classify glaucoma.
