摘要
文章分析了电子封装本科专业课程特点以及该专业学生对"固体物理学"课程需求不同,从电子封装专业的特点、"固体物理学"教学现状、教学模式和手段等方面提出了该课程内容设置和创新性教学理念。教学实践表明:改革后课程能够充分发挥学生的主观能动性,大大提高学生学习的兴趣和实际分析、解决问题的能力,进而提高教学质量。
This paper analyzes the features of "Solid State Physics" curriculum and the different demand of electronic packaging majors, and proposed ideas of teaching content design and innovative teaching from the aspects of the feature of solid physics major, teaching status of "Solid State Physics", teaching modes and teaching means. The teaching practice has showed that it is helpful to improve students' interests and ability to analyze and solve problems. Through the new teaching system, the students fully expressed subjective initiative.
