The paper briefly introduces the structure, principle and main technical index of an array probe for water content measurement, and analyzes the application of the water content meter, evaluation, and expounds the water content of the measuring precision of water and its applications in chemical water plugging and choice fracturing horizon of the effect. Through the field application proved that water cut meter in water drive gas stringer array probe measurement precision can reach ±5%, at the same time, the instrument has good repeatability, stability and consistency.
