优良玉米自交系“4112”的选育及应用

摘要 玉米(Zea mays L.)自交系"4112"选自瑞德种质B37Ht和U8112的二环系,具有配合力高、综合农艺性状好和适应性广的特点。采用"4112"组配的玉米品种在吉林省审定的有5个,采用"4112"衍生系组配的玉米品种在吉林省审定的有10个,累计推广面积达395.7万hm2。"4112"成为吉林省玉米育种和生产应用的骨干自交系之一,改良和创新研究也取得新进展。 Maize(Zea mays L.) inbred line "4112" inbred germplasm selected B37 Ht and U8112 bicyclic system with high combining ability, good comprehensive agronomic traits and wide adaptability. There were five validation varieties in Jilin Province which equipping with inbred line "4112", and there were ten validation varieties in Jilin Province which equipping with derivative line from the"4112". Cumulative promotion area arrived 3.957 million hm2. "4112 promote Jilin province maize breeding and production one inbred lines applications, improvement and innovation research has made new progress.
