摘要
利用与黄色素含量、多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性和1B/1R异位系性状相关的分子标记对158份小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)材料进行分析,从而了解其色泽品质状况,并为高白度、低PPO活性小麦育种提供优异亲本资源。结果表明,低PPO活性相关等位基因Ppo-A1b和Ppo-D1a的分布频率分别为57.6%和67.7%,低黄色素含量相关等位变异Psy-A1b和Psy-B1b的频率分别为47.5%和60.1%,高黄色素含量相关等位基因Psy-B1c的出现频率为5.1%,1B/1R异位系的分布频率为21.5%。158份材料中同时携带低黄色素含量、低PPO活性等位变异组合,且为非1B/1R异位系的材料有16份,频率为10.1%,可用于高白度面粉小麦品种的选育。
In order to understand the frequency of allelic variants related to yellow pigment content,polyphenol oxidase(PPO)activity and 1B / 1R translocation,158 wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) lines were explored by molecular markers. Through this work,elite wheat lines could be used as parent materials to produce new wheat materials with high whiteness and low PPO activity. The results showed that the frequencies of Ppo-A1 b and Ppo-D1 a related to low PPO activity were 57.6% and67.7% respectively. Psy-A1 b and Psy-B1 b associated with low yellow pigment content were detected with frequencies of47.5% and 60.1% respectively. The frequency of Psy-B1 c for high yellow pigment content was 5.1%. The 1B / 1R translocation was found with frequency of 21.5%. Out of all 158 wheat lines,16 elite varieties contained allelic variants of low yellow pigment content, low PPO activity and non-1B / 1R translocation were selected,and the frequency of these materials was 10.1%.These materials could be used for the breeding of wheat varieties with high whiteness.
