摘要
葡萄糖催化脱水后制得5-HMF(5-羟甲基糠醛),并以此作为DCD(双氰胺树脂)的改性剂,制得5-HMF/DCD鞣革剂。研究结果表明:5-HMF/DCD具有良好的稀释稳定性、温度稳定性和耐盐稳定性;当5-HMF/DCD单独鞣制绵羊皮时,其相对最佳鞣制pH为6.5、收缩温度(T_s)为81.80℃;当5-HMF/DCD与铝盐结合鞣制时,绵羊皮的Ts升至91.54℃,并具有良好的耐水洗性能;当5-HMF/DCD作为绵羊蓝湿革的复鞣填充材料时,其具有选择填充效果,增厚率(为15.9%)相对最高,并且可提高坯革的染色均匀性。
The 5-hydroxymethylfurfural/dicyandiamide resin (5-HMF/DCD) tanning agent was prepared when the 5-HMF was used as the modifier of DCD, which 5-HMF was extracted by glucose dehydration at catalytic. The research results showed that the 5-HMF/DCD had the good dilution stability, temperature stability and salt resistance stability. Its relatively best tanning pH and shrinkage temperature (Ts) were 6.5 and 81.80 ℃ respectively when the 5-HMF/DCD was alone used as the tanning agent of sheep leather. The sheep leather had the good washing stability, and its T, was increased to 91.54 ℃ when the 5-HMF/DCD and the Al-salt were combined for the tanning sheep leather. The 5-HMF/DCD had the selective filling result and the relatively maximal thickening rate ( 15.9% ), and could improve uniformly the dyeing of leather when the 5-HMF/DCD was used as the retanning filler of sheep wet blue leather.
