摘要
介绍了一种高效空气过滤器用快速凝胶PU(聚氨酯)胶粘剂及其制备工艺,探讨了助剂类型及掺量对该胶粘剂粘接性能、凝胶时间以及施工性能的影响。研究结果表明:采用自制助剂调配的双组分胶粘剂具有施工性能较佳、操作简单、凝胶时间可调且凝胶破坏后可修复次数较多等优点,完全满足高效空气过滤器的应用需求。
A fast gel PU (polyurethane) adhesive and its preparation process were introduced, which can be used in high efficiency particulate air filter. The influences of additives types and contents on bonding properties, gel time and workability of the adhesive were discussed. The research results showed that the two-component adhesive, which was prepared by Shanghai Hansi' s self-made additives, had the many advantages(such as better workability, simple operation, controllable gel time, and more repairable times after gel break) , so it could completely meet application requirements of high efficiency particulate air filter.
