分子筛氮氧分离性能的测定方法

摘要 分子筛以其对氮氧具有选择性吸附的特性而成为变压吸附空分制氧领域应用的主体吸附剂。分子筛氮氧分离性能的测定方法对变压吸附用分子筛产品的质量控制具有重要的理论和现实意义。简述了目前常规的分子筛氮氧分离性能测定方法,并介绍了相关测定原理、测定过程,分析了测定过程的优缺点。经比较,容量法更适合作为氮氧分离性能评价的标准方法来进行推广。 By virtue of the adsorption selectivity to nitrogen and oxygen, the molecular sieves are used as the main adsorbents for oxygen production by pressure swing adsorption process. The determination methods of nitrogen and oxygen separation performances of molecular sieves have important theoretical and practical significance for the quality control of molecular sieves. The conventional methods (dynamic methods and static methods) for determining the nitrogen and oxygen separation properties of molecular sieves are briefly introduced. The relevant principles and test processes are described, and the advantages and disadvantages of the determination processes are discussed. Through comparative analysis, it is concluded that the volumetric method is more suitable to promote as a standard method for the evaluation of nitrogen and oxygen separation performance.
