摘要
文章介绍一种适合服务器用无卤低介质损耗高焊耐热覆铜板,其主要性能指标可满足16层PCB5次无铅回流焊耐热可靠性要求,插入损耗@4GHz为:-0.45^-0.53 dB/in,且在85℃/85%RH,50VDC的条件下,经过500h后不失效,具有良好的耐CAF性能。
This paper introduced a halogen free and low dielectric loss CCL for servers and base-stations, which possessed excellent anti-CAF performance meet the 16-layer PCB which and could meet the reliability requirement of the five cycles lead-free reflow and no failure occurred after 500 h treatment in the condition of 85℃/ 85%RH and 50VDC for 16 layers PCB. Besides, the insertion loss of the PCB was at 4 GHz was-0.45-0.53 dB/inch.
