摘要
翻转课堂在国内经历了引介和理论研究阶段之后,目前正处于应用探索阶段。文章以"PPT课件制作"课程为例,对面向教师培训的翻转课堂进行了实证研究,发现:成人学习者对翻转课堂教学具有较高的满意度;翻转课堂可以提高学习者的学习投入,实现学习者的高阶能力培养和深度学习;影响翻转学习效果的主要因素是课前学习太费时间和课程学习任务重。据此,文章从课前学习任务、网络教学平台、学习者等三个方面提出了对策和建议,以便为后续相关研究提供借鉴。
The application of flipped classroom is in the exploration stage after its introduction into China and its theory research stage. This paper conducted an empirical study on the flipped classroom for teacher training by taking the course of "PPT Courseware Making" as an example. The results showed that adult learners had high degree of satisfaction to flipped classroom. Meanwhile, the learners' learning engagement could be improved by flipped classroom, which can also cultivate the learners' higher-order ability and deep learning. Moreover, the main factors influencing the effect of flipped learning included the facts that too much time was consumed to complete the learning task before class and the curriculum task was heavy. According to the results, this paper put forward some proposals and suggestions for the flipped classroom from the aspects of the learning task before class, the network teaching platform and the learners, which could provide reference for the subsequent study.
