摘要
硬质气管镜是诊断及治疗气道疾病的有效技术,但操作风险大、并发症多。近年随着设备改良和技术进步,硬质气管镜操作的安全性有所提高,对麻醉管理也提出更高要求。选择合理的麻醉方式、优化麻醉药物配伍、加强气道管理安全等对提高麻醉安全性非常重要。本文就硬质气管镜诊疗的麻醉研究进展作一综述。
Rigid bronchoscopy is an effective method for the diagnosis and treatment of airway diseases, but it has high risk and various complications. Although the improvement of equipment and progress of skills enhanced the safety of the procedures, it proposes a high requirement for anesthesia management. It is very important for improving anesthesia management to choose anesthetic methods, optimize the compatibility of anesthetic and strengthen the management of airway. This paper reviews the progress of anesthesia for rigid bronehoscopy.
