阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征与主动脉疾病关系的研究进展

Relationship between obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and aortic diseases

阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征是一种常见的睡眠呼吸紊乱疾病,以夜间睡眠时反复发生间断性缺氧-低通气为主要特征。阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征与主动脉疾病包括主动脉扩张、胸主动脉瘤、腹主动脉瘤及主动脉夹层等关系密切。本文就阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征与主动脉疾病之间的关系及机制的研究进展作一综述。

Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome is a common sleep disorder characterized by recurrent nocturnal intermittent hypoxia and hypopnea during sleep. Obstructive sleep apnea is closely correlated with aortic diseases including aortectasia, thoracic aortic aneurysm, abdominal aortic aneurysm, and dissection of aorta. This paper reviews the relationship between obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and aortic diseases and its mechanisms.
