摘要 该文在传统的反电动势过零检测理论基础上,提出了一种利用测量相电压来确定反电动势关系,进而直接捕捉无位置传感器无刷直流电机换相点的反电动势比较法,并通过换相点检测原理和换相点可变范围分析两方面详细介绍了该方法。经分析计算和实验测量得出在理想换相点前后30°电角度之内可以成功换向,从而提高了换相捕捉的准确性和快速性。最后通过仿真分析和实验结果验证了该检测方法的正确性和可行性。 In this paper,the traditional back-EMF zero crossing detection based on the theory,presents the use of a phase voltage measurement to determine the back EMF,and then capture directly brushless DC motor commutation point of a counter dectromotive force of the comparison and by the phase change point detection principle and the change range of the variable phase point analysis two details of the method. By analytical calculation and experi- mental measurement,it is concluded that the 30 degree electric angle can be changed to the ideal phase change point before and after the ideal phase change point,which can improve the accuracy and rapidity of the phase change capture. Finally ,the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method are verified by simulation analysis and experimental resuhs.
