Preparation of vacant capsules of hydroxypropyl starch

目的:研究羟丙基淀粉空心胶囊的制备工艺。方法:以羟丙基淀粉为原料,通过溶胶、制坯、切割、套合等工序即制得羟丙基淀粉空心胶囊。结果:最佳工艺条件确定为:羟丙基淀粉和水的用量比为1∶2.5,溶胶温度和时间分别为60~80℃和1.5 h,胶槽温度和蘸胶速度分别为50~70℃和3~5次·min-1。结论:该工艺制得的胶囊质量可控,符合标准规定,适合工业化生产。

Objective： To study the preparation technique of vacant capsules of hydroxypropyl starch.Methods： Using hydroxypropyl starch as the raw material,the target product was prepared by sol preparing,sheet stamping,cutting,and superposition,sequentially. Results： The optimal preparation conditions were as follows： the reactant ratio of hydroxypropyl starch-water 1∶ 2. 5,sol dissolving temperature 50 ~ 70 ℃,sol dissolving time 1. 5 h,sheet stamping temperature 60 ~ 80 ℃,sheet stamping rate 3 ~ 5 cpm. Conclusion： The established preparation process for vacant capsules of hydroxypropyl starch is reliable in quality control,and the product meets the quality standards,so the new method is suitable for industrial production.
