摘要
"低低温+移动电极"是新的电除尘组合技术。低低温电除尘技术有二次扬尘的缺陷,需结合移动电极来保证高除尘效率,为此研究了"低低温+移动电极"的技术特点和结构原理,并对国外碧南电厂和华能河北某电厂等典型案例进行了介绍和分析。实践经验表明,"低低温+移动电极"电除尘技术是实现超低排放的较佳电除尘组合技术之一,其可实现燃煤电厂电除尘器出口粉尘质量浓度达到15 mg/m^3以下,配合脱硫系统可满足10 mg/m^3以下甚至5 mg/m^3以下的烟尘超低排放要求。
:As a new combinatorial dust removal technique, the low-low temperature electrostatic precipitator(LLT-EP) has the defect of dust re-entrainment, so the mobile electrode electrostatic precipitator(MEEP) needs to be used together to ensure high dust removal efficiency. In this paper, the study on the technical characteristics, structure and mechanism of LLT-ESP+MEEP is carried out with some typical domestic and foreign cases being introduced and analyzed. Practices show that the LLT-ESP+MEEP technique is one of the technical combinations to achieve the ultra-low emission. Its outlet dust concentration can get lower than 15 mg/m3, meeting the ultra-low dust emission requirements of below 10 mg/m3 or even below 5 mg/m3 when the desulfurization system is integrated.
