加热工艺对非调质钢49MnVS3中硫化物尺寸和形态的影响 被引量:11

Effect of heating process on size and morphology of sulfide inclusions in non-quenched and tempered 49MnVS3 steel

摘要 研究了非调质钢49Mn VS3连铸坯中硫化物夹杂在不同加热温度和保温时间过程中尺寸和形态的变化。结果表明:加热温度对49Mn VS3钢中硫化物尺寸和形态有显著影响,900~1100℃保温后硫化物发生聚集长大行为;1200℃保温后硫化物平均尺寸最小且弥散分布;1300~1400℃保温后硫化物会发生熟化长大行为。为合理控制硫化物尺寸,轧制过程加热温度选择在1200℃。保温时间对49Mn VS3钢中硫化物尺寸有一定影响,1200℃最佳保温时间为2 h,此时硫化物尺寸最小。 Change of size and morphology of sulfide inclusions in non-quenched and tempered steel 49MnVS3 during different heating temperature and holding time were investigated. The results show that heating temperature has significant influence on size and morphology of sulfides in 49MnVS3 steel. The aggregation and growth of sulfide inclusions are observed during holding temperature between 900 ℃ and 1100 ℃. The smallest average size and dispersive distribution of sulfide inclusions are found when holding temperature is 1200 ℃. However, The ripening and growth of inclusions are observed during holding temperature between 1300 ℃ and 1400 ℃. In order to obtain an appropriate size of sulfide, the heating temperature during rolling process is chosen as 1200 ℃. In addition, holding time also has some influence on the size of sulfides in 49MnVS3 steel. And the optimal holding time for heating at 1200 ℃ is 2 h, the size of sulfide inclusions in this case is the smallest.
