摘要
将黄柏、大黄和姜黄提取液进行复配,开发了具有广谱防紫外线功能的植物防紫外整理剂。测试了3种植物提取液的紫外吸收光谱,比较分析了它们的紫外吸收能力。利用配方均匀设计法设计了8种配方,以紫外线防护系数UPF、紫外线UVA透过率T(UVA)为评价指标进行回归分析,得到了回归方程,并分析了配方中各组分对UPF、T(UVA)的影响。结果显示:黄柏和大黄对UPF值影响显著,且黄柏对UPF值的影响最大,而姜黄对UPF影响不显著;黄柏对T(UVA)影响显著,大黄、姜黄对T(UVA)影响不显著。最优配方为:黄柏54.46%,大黄42.36%,姜黄3.18%。采用此配方整理后,织物的UPF值为312.39,T(UVA)为0.43%。
A finishing agent with broad-spectrum anti-ultraviolet is developed by compounding of the extraction solution of cortex phellodendri, rhubarb and curcuma longa L. The ultraviolet absorption spectra of three kinds of vegetable extraction solutions are tested, and their anti-ultraviolet property is compared and analyzed. Eight formulations are designed by using the method of formula uniform design. The value of UPF and T(UVA) are regression analyzed and the regression equation is obtained. Effects of each component on UPF and T(UVA) are analyzed. Cortex phellodendri and rhubarb have a significant effect on UPF, and cortex phellodendri is much greater. Curcuma longa L has no significant effect on UPF. Cortex phellodendri has a significant effect on T(UVA), while rhubarb and curcuma longa L have no significant effect on T(UVA). The optimum formula is that 54.46% of cortex phellodendri, 42.36% of rhubarb and 3.18% of curcuma longa L. The UPF value of fabric treated by the optimum formula is 312.39, the value of T(UVA) AV is 0.43%.
