摘要
将草本植物放置于超临界流体中会发生溶胀,溶胀的程度取决于植物本身以及操作条件。通过单因素试验探讨了时间、夹带剂、温度、压力及CO_2流量对罗布麻溶胀程度的影响,采用响应面分析法(RSM)对罗布麻韧皮超临界CO_2溶胀程度进行分析预测。根据回归分析确定了最优工艺:时间63 min、温度58℃和压力21 mPa。在此条件下得到的罗布麻韧皮纤维密度为1.088 g/cm^3,与回归模型预测相差不大,模型与实际情况拟合较好。
Herbaceous plants would be swelled in supercritical fluid, and the degree of swelling mainly depends on plant itself and operating conditions. The effects of time, cosolvent, temperature, pressure and COz flow on the swelling of apocynum venetum bast fiber are investigated using single factor experiment. Response Surface Methodology ( RSM ) is employed to analyze and predict the swelling of apocynum venetum bast fiber in supercritical CO2. The optimum process is determined using regression analysis: the time is 63min, the temperature is 58℃ and the pressure is 21MPa. The density of the apocynum venetum bast is 1.088g/cm3 under the aboved conditions. The results do not appear to be much different from the regressive prediction mode/, which shows a good fitting with the actual exoerimental data.
