Structure and performance characteristics of high speed and high production random type nonwovens carding machine

摘要 根据非织造梳理机的发展趋势,重点研究了目前市场上宽门幅、高速高产、杂乱型的非织造梳理机。从梳理机构、杂乱装置、剥取装置及电气控制系统等方面,阐述了非织造专用高速杂乱梳理机的结构及性能要求。研究表明:为适应高速高产以及纤维杂乱的排列效果,非织造梳理机采用了宽幅的双锡林、双道夫;配置了杂乱辊、凝聚辊、高速剥棉系统;选用了优化的针布、先进的自动化电控系统。 ccording to the development of nonwovens carding machine, the new nonwoven carding machines with characteristics of wide-width, high speed and high-output as well as randomly condensation are introduced. From the aspects of carding part, randomly condensation, web-forming mechanism and electric control system, the structure and performance requirements of high speed and random type carding machine for nonwovens are described. Researches show that nonwoven carding machine configures with wide double cylinder and double doffer, random roller, condensing roller and high-speed stripping system, optimized with needle clothing and advanced automatic control system to reach the effect of high speed and high yield as well as the random arrangement of fiber.
