GIS隔离开关引弧结构设计方案的模糊评判

摘要 文中结合引弧结构电场仿真、应用背景及设计经验,提出隔离开关引弧结构的3种设计方案。基于多层次模糊综合评判原理,通过对引弧结构3种方案的机械特性、电气特性及燃弧过程的准确分析来构建引弧结构合理的多层次评价指标,综合评审小组对评价体系中各个子因素的评价结果,采用层次权重决策分析法确定GIS隔离开关引弧结构各影响因素的权重系数,用加权平均型算子对各方案进行二级模糊综合评判。研究结果表明:自力型引弧结构为最优设计方案。并以隔离开关开合母线转换电流(俗称切母线环流)型式试验结果为依据,来验证评价体系建立的合理性与模糊评判结果的可靠性,填补了中国对GIS隔离开关引弧结构分析与论证的空白,为后续引弧结构的设计及提高切母线环流的成功率提供了挈领式参考。 According to electric field analysis of arcing structure, product application background and design experience, three design schemes of disconnector arcing structure are proposed. Based on multi-level fuzzy com- prehensive evaluation method of fuzzy mathematics, multi-level evaluation index is established by accurately analyzing the mechanical characteristics, electrical characteristics and arcing process on the three schemes. Together evaluation results on each sub-factor in the evaluation index by the review team,weighing coefficients which belong to the influencing factors of arcing structure for GIS disconnector are determined by utilizing anal- ytic hierarchiy process method,and then two-stage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is made on various schemes with a weighted average type operator, the results show that the self-elastic arcing structure is the optimal design scheme. And according to the type test results of disconnecting switch breaking bus-transfer current, the ratio- nality of the evaluation index and the fuzzy reliability of the evaluation results are verified,which will fill the blank of domestic literature on GIS disconnector arc structure analysis and demonstration, and provide a summary reference for arcing structure design and improving the success rate of breaking bus-transfer current.
