双波长法同时测定复方消毒剂中醋酸氯已定和甲硝唑含量的研究

STUDY ON SIMULTANEOUS DETERMINATION OF CHLORHEXIDINE ACETATE AND METRONIDAZOLE FOR COMPOUND DISINFECTANT WITH DUAL-WAVELENGTH SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC METHOD

目的 研究同时测定复方消毒剂中醋酸氯已定和甲硝唑的方法。方法 应用双波长法消除甲硝唑的干扰来测定复方消毒剂中醋酸氯已定的含量 ,应用单波长法直接测定甲硝唑的含量。结果 方法的线性范围均为 0～ 35ug/ml,醋酸氯已定和甲硝唑的回收率分别为 99.6 7%～ 10 3.70 %和 97.80 %～ 10 0 .2 7%。方法简便快速 ,样品无需分离。用于复方消毒剂实际样品中醋酸氯已定和甲硝唑含量的同时测定 ,结果满意。结论 该方法可以应用于对复方消毒剂中醋酸氯已定和甲硝唑的同时测定。

To study a new method for the simultaneous determination of Chlorhexidine Acetate and Metronidazole in the compound disinfectant. Chlorhexidine Acetate is determined by using dual-wavelength absorbance measurements to deduct the interference of Metronidazote. Metronidazote is directly determined by using single-wavelength spectrophotometry.The liner ranges for the determination of Chlorhexidine Acetate and Metrnidaxote are all 0～35ug/ml.Recoveries are 99.67～103.70% and 97.80%～100.27% respectively. The proposed method has been applied to the simultaneous determination of Chlorhexidine Acetate and Metronidazote in standard sample solution and some real samples with satisfactory result.[Conclusion]This method can be applied to simultaneously determine Chlorhexidine Acetate and Metronidazole in the compound disinfectant.
