摘要
对光伏电池模型进行了深入的分析与研究,并在此基础上建立了数学模型。从而将数学模型、最大功率跟踪(MPPT)技术与S函数融合为一体从新搭建了一种新型光伏电池模型。通过该模型与传统光伏电池模型MATLAB仿真对比,充分体现了该模型优势。仿真结果表明,搭建的仿真模型能够使光电池阵列输出更加稳定,有助于光伏发电系统的仿真研究^([1])。
In this paper, the model of photovohaic cells is analyzed and studied, and the mathematical model is established. The mathematical model,the maximum power tracking(MPPT) technique and the S function are combined to build a new type of photovohaic cell model. By comparing with the traditional photovoltaic cell model MATLAB simulation, this model fully reflects the advantages of the model. The simulation results show that the simulation model can make the output of the photovoltaic cell array more stable, and it is helpful to the simulation of photovohaic power generation system.
