The Design of Rare- earth Catalyzer Preparation Test Apparatus Based on PLC and Configuration Software

根据烯土催化剂制备的工艺要求,设计了一套基于PLC与组态软件的计量、测控精度较高的烯土催化剂制备试验装置。该装置以PLC为控制核心,完成温度、压力、重量等物理量的信号采集与处理,使用组态软件开发了人机交互界面,通过PLC与触摸屏的结合完成整个试验装置的测控系统任务,通过实际运行达到设计要求。

According to the technical requirements of the rare- earth catalyzer preparation, a set of rare- earth catalyzer preparation test apparatus based on PLC and configuration software has been designed, which can measure and has high precision of measurement. PLC has been used as control core in the test apparatus, which can complete signal acquisition and processing of temperature,pressure, weight and other physical quantities, human computer interaction interface has been developed with configuration software, measurement and control system task of the test apparatus has been completed by combination of PLC and touch screen, the design requirement has been attained in the actual operation.
