低压电流互感器电气综合试验检定系统设计与实现 被引量:4

Design and implementation of low voltage current transformer electric integrated test verification system

摘要 为了克服传统低压电流互感器全性能试验工作量大导致的检测效率低下的问题,研制了一套低压电流互感器电气综合试验检测系统。系统集中并优化电气试验所需的检测设备,然后对低压电流互感器校验仪进行改进设计,通过控制JPK-2真空继电器对各项电气试验实时切换,可同时对6只低压电流互感器进行10项电气试验,实现一次接线完成所有电气试验,试验后出具检测报告。系统采用控制柜加试验台形式,基于Modbus RTU总线协议,不仅能够实现不同试验项目设备共享,提高低压电流互感器信息化检测水平,还极大地提高了检测效率。实验测试结果表明,相比于传统电气分项试验,该系统的检测效率可提高3倍。 In order to overcome the low efficiency of traditional low-voltage current transformer full-performance test caused by large workload, a set of electrical comprehensive test detection system for low-voltage current transformer was developed. The system concentrates and optimizes the testing equipment required for electrical testing, then improved the design of the low-voltage current transformer calibrator. By controlling the JPK-2 vacuum relay to switch the electric test in real time,6 low-voltage current transformers and 10 electrical tests can be carried on at the same time, which could achieve a wiring to complete all electrical tests, and the test reports issued after the test. The system uses the control cabinet plus the test bench form, based on Modbus RTU bus protocol, can not only realize the sharing of equipment of different pilot projects, improve the information detection level of low -voltage current transformer, but also greatly improve the detection efficiency. Experimental results show that compared with the traditional electrical sub-test,the detection efficiency of the system can be increased by 3 times
