摘要
传统测量方法和仪器无法准确测量高频杂波信号的真有效值。本文设计一种利用霍尔电流传感器和真有效值转换芯片AD736构建的电路来测量高频杂波信号真有效值。实际应用验证了测量电路的可行性。
The traditional measurement methods and instruments can't measure the true RMS (TRMS) of high frequency noise signal accurately. This paper introduces a method to measure the TRMS of high frequency noise signal by using the hall current sensor and TRMS measurement converter chip AD736. Practical application verified the feasibility of measuring circuit.
