摘要
针对甘肃省白银供电公司农村电网频繁发生的低电压问题,通过对农村电网自身特点的研究,较为全面地分析了造成农网低电压问题出现的原因。并以典型的农网10k V配电网络为研究对象,应用潮流计算方法对配电网进行潮流分析,从而确定配电网中各节点电压和功率的分布,进而为提出低电压问题解决措施提供有力依据。最后,将相应的分析方法实际应用于白银市罗家湾变电所,并对白银市供电公司农村电网的低电压问题进行了整体评价,进而提出适用于解决白银供电公司农网低电压问题的具体措施和实用的管理策略。而这些措施和策略具有不用改变现有白银农网结构的优点,另外,其易于在实际工程中实现,因而对提高白银供电公司农网供电质量具有十分重要的意义。
In order to solve the low voltage problem of rural power grid for Baiyin electric power company of Gansu Province, through research on the characteristics of rural power grid, and analysis the cause of low voltage problem. Then take the typical distribution network as the research object, apply flow calculation method to analysis the distribution network, thus determine the voltage and power distribution for each node of the distribution network, then provide a strong basis for proposing the measures to solve the low voltage problem. Finally, use the analysis method for Luojiawan substation in Baiyin, and evaluate the low voltage problem of rural power grid for Baiyin electric power company, thereby put forward the measures and management Strategies to solve the low voltage of Baiyin rural grid effectively. This measures and management Strategies have many advantages so that it is very important to improve the quality of rural Dower grid for Baivin electric nower comnanv.
